ZNEON SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Times All orders are processed and prepared for pickup within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once the package leaves our logistics provider's warehouses, you will receive an automatic email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number.

  2. Shipping Times (Spain) Estimated delivery times for Spanish territory are as follows: • Peninsular Spain: Generally 9 business days (the total time from purchase usually ranges between 7 and 12 business days due to processing). • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipments to the islands and autonomous cities may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to usual times due to local transportation connections.

  3. Shipping Costs • Standard Shipping to Peninsular Spain: Free.

  4. Order Tracking We want you to know where your purchase is at all times. In the shipping confirmation email, we will provide you with a link and a tracking number. You will be able to check the status of the package in real-time through our website or on the main postal tracking platforms. Please note that the tracking code may take between 24 and 48 hours to update and show the first movements once delivered to the carrier.

  5. Customs and Import Taxes As we operate with direct shipments from international suppliers, orders are subject to relevant border controls. For purchases within the European Union under €150, VAT is usually already managed in the purchase price; however, Zneon is not responsible for any exceptional customs fees, duties, or local handling charges that destination authorities may claim. These additional charges are entirely borne by the buyer.

  6. Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete address or because the recipient is not at home after the carrier's attempts, the costs of a second shipment or the return management will be borne by the customer.

  7. Incidents and Damaged Packages If you notice that the package arrives damaged, open, or an item is missing, or if more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please write to us immediately at ivakonegocios@gmail.com stating your name and order number so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
