1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping to the European Union — Free Shipping We offer free shipping to all 26 EU member states. Estimated delivery times:

• Western Europe (DE, FR, IT, NL, BE, AT, IE, PT, LU): 7–12 business days
• Northern Europe (SE, FI, DK, EE, LV, LT): 10–15 business days
• Eastern & Southern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI, GR, CY, MT): 10–18 business days

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs & Import Taxes Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. For orders outside the EU, any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ivakonegocios@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
